Now the 29er background:

I converted to 29ers in 2005, during one of my yearly pilgrimages to Interbike.  I saw the Kermit Green SIR9 Niner had on display.
It blew me away...loud & beautiful Kermit Green paint, build kit all chromed out, set up SS, but could also go both ways.  SS & Geared (get your mind out of the gutter!)

I had been doing a lot of research about 29ers and was leaning that way, then seeing that bike sealed the deal.  I placed an order for a Kermit Green SIR9 on the spot & haven't looked back.
