PURCHASE GUARANTEE At HH you can buy with confidence knowing you are getting the best purchase for your money.  If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product within 7-days of purchase, you will receive a store credit for the difference.   The item must be in stock and the price must be verified by HH via competitor’s flyer, website, etc.  This price guarantee does not apply to retail stores that are liquidating stock and/or are going out of business or online auction resellers.

SHIPPING We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100.   In stock items will be shipped w/in 24 hours, backordered items will ship once they are back in stock.    Custom builds and complete bikes – we build complete and fully adjusted so it minimizes your “ready to ride” time once you receive and unpack your bike.   This will cause some delays in our 24-hour ship times for in-stock items, but we run our turnaround times with the urgency of understanding your desire of getting on your new dream bike ASAP.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING Every effort is made to ensure the products and pricing on our website are current and in stock.  We will do our best to ensure the sales side of the house communicates with the IT folks to minimize errors; however 918XC is run by bike folks not IT geeks so errors may occur.  HH reserves the right to make corrections as needed, regardless of order status, up to and including order cancellation.  In the event a cancellation is necessary and payment has already been received, HH will promptly initiate the refund process.

BACKORDERS From time-to-time, products may be temporarily out of stock or be on backorder. If this should occur, HH will ship the products that are in stock.  The remaining order will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

LAYAWAYS HH understands purchasing a new bike is a huge expense.  HH allows customers to place purchases greater than $500 into our layaway program with a minimum deposit of 50%.  Products must be paid in full within 90 days.  If you decide that you no longer want to purchase the product within 30 days of placing it in layaway, you will receive a store credit for the full amount of your purchase/initial deposit.  After 30 days, you will receive a store credit minus a 20% re-stocking fee.  Items not paid for within the 90-day timeframe will be returned to stock.  Special order products cannot be placed into layaway.

RETURNS / REFUNDS If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from HH, please contact us immediately.   1. Defective product will be sent back to Vendor for review and processed according to their policies, no refund will be issued. 2. New bicycles may be returned within 30 days with original receipt*. They must be in original and sellable condition. 3. Apparel and accessories may be returned within 14-days with original receipt*.   They must be in original and sellable condition. *A restock fee of 20% may apply to bicycle and accessories returns. Payments will be refunded in the same manner of payment received, i.e. payment placed on a credit card will be refunded to that credit card, etc.  There is a $35 fee on all returned checks.

GIFT CERTIFICATES To ensure you give the right gift every time, HH offers gift certificates in any amount you desire.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone. Any information provided by you will be used for HH's purposes only. However, HH may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card or the courier that delivers your order). Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies (such as direct mail organizations or other third parties) unless required by law. There are times when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address and e-mail address. When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry, accept an order, conduct a survey or allow you to access specific information such as account information, etc. We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us. You can help HH update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by using the account profile pages or notifying HH of any changes to your address, title, phone number or e-mail address.
